COMPANY POLICY ON COOLING OFF PERIODS

When a deposit is paid to us by a purchaser of a non commercial vehicle we will request that you sign a Cooling Off contract.

This contract states that as of the time and date the deposit is paid you as a purchaser have a Cooling Off Period in which time you are entitled to terminate the purchase.

The Cooling Off Period from the time and date the deposit is paid until the end of our business hours the next working day.

If you choose to not purchase the vehicle within the Cooling Off Period we will refund your deposit less a $100.00 fee that we are entitled to under Section 25B of the Sale Of Motor Vehicle Act

Currency & Rate Validity

Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified. Rates valid until 31 September 2007 unless otherwise stated.

Unless otherwise advised in writing, Low Cost Car Rentals and Sales is the co-ordinator of the services to be provided and acts only as an agent between the passenger and the principal supplier. Once a booking is confirmed you are to print out the voucher provided and present it to the supplier of the service on arrival/check in.

All services are subject to conditions of the contract, any restrictions and endorsements written on the voucher, any regulations of the principal supplier of the services and any other conditions advised in writing. All services are specified on the voucher and any extras should be directly paid for to the supplier.

Low Cost Car Rentals and Sales is not responsible for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses arising out of injury, accident or death, damage to or loss of baggage or property, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment, upset or frustration arising from:

* The act of omission of any party
* Mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather or any factors beyond the controls of Low Cost Car Rentals and Sales
* The customer's failure to obtain any necessary documentation
* The customer's failure to follow any instructions including, but not limited to, those regarding check-in, check-out, baggage handling
* The cancellation or alteration for any reason of the travel service offered
* Any physical disabilities and any medical or health related problems experienced by the passenger.
